Amid rumors of divorce and child exploitation, Kate Gosselin has been photographed in a bikini at a beach with her children, something not everyone is used to.
Kate, who usually wears a two-piece that covers her midsection, showed off her bod in Bald Head Island, North Carolina recently – and while her heart may be in shambles, her body sure isn’t!
Meanwhile, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor is now investigating whether “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ is complying with child labor laws after someone filed a complaint.
