Debt Management Needed?

I really feel sorry about my uncle. He must be very depressed I think; his flight service seems to bring him fall since a plane of his crashed in the north forest just before it landed. Most of his planes are actually already old, but he could not manage to get some new ones; those old planes are also still on the installment process for a long time. I don’t blame him to have a lot of debts and arrears here and there.
Few years ago, he was a very successful person and a good businessman. He got a lot of good business and projects especially on flight service. He even owned a small airport in the far end of this city. However, he never thought seriously on his money; he was so lavish with his wealth. He spent most of his money on night clubs and entertainments. He had four modern cars which recently were sold cheaply. Fortunately, he has been always kind with his family including me, his nephew. He bought me a lot of things though I don’t really want his money.
Now, he has been unable to be free, as free as before. His debts are too much until he lost all of his 8 airplanes just to cover some of his debts. His credit cards are suspended and four of six bank accounts are closed. He is now a debt custodian and on the way to bankruptcy. I think this is my time to help him. I don’t know much for sure how they will help, but it seems that this company could solve his problem and avoid him from bankruptcy.
Checking from internet, I learn that this company has a non-profit debt management program which could assist clients to get on track without extremely destroying the clients’ credit. This company also provides counseling on debt matter in order to help clients manage his own future finances without fearing for the negative effects of bankruptcy. I think this is what will work and I need more details. But I guess my uncle should know this first and let him consider on having this company as his savior or not.
