My Precious Coins

Alright, everything is set up. Phew! It is so tiring. I have been gathering all of my utilities and equipments for the travel since this morning. My wife was actually offering me her help before she then decided to go to work because I said everything was under control. Well, it actually is under control because I have been doing preparation since two days ago! If this travel is not for business visit to some suppliers in other states, I would have refused this duty. But my boss really needs my assistance and existence so I have no choice. For financial support, he gave me some gold coins to make thing easy during the travel and trip.
I agree with him because using other terms of payment such as credit cards does not really comfort me. Gold coin is the best preference during the travel because some states are really strict with money paper; it is not quite valuable anymore when the paper is dirty or messy, so much far different from gold.
Oh no! I remember to leave the gold coins from my boss at my wife’s hands, and now she is at work! I must contact her not to forget the gold coin when she comes home later. My departure is actually tomorrow morning; however, I feel really inconvenient without any money in my pocket, my wallet or my money belt. Sometimes I put some valuable paper along with my money in my briefcase.
I give her a call and she replies me asking if everything is Ok. I say it is all fine, but I need her to help me with some the gold coin I gave her. She says that she does not carry the gold coins along with her. I could take them from the jewelry box belongs to her in the wardrobe, along with the other precious things. Gee, I just know that gold coins are also precious — as precious as her jewelry! I say Ok, but I still prefer waiting for her returning home so she could help me now for much better preparation. I don’t think I could do all by myself. I am sorry Honey, I doubt your help.
